The Foundation for Reformed Theology exists to promote the study, understanding, explication, application, and propagation of Reformed theology in order to renew the theology, ethos, social vision, and hope of the Reformed and Presbyterian community.
At an immediate level, the Foundation represents a living legacy of Dr. and Mrs. John H. Leith, who established its predecessor organization in 1982. In the larger context, the Foundation intends to stand in, and to extend, that line of Christian faith and thought including Augustine, John Calvin, the Westminster Assembly, Jonathan Edwards, Charles Hodge, and Karl Barth. |
